You showed me what your service could provide in a simple and easy way to understand. There was no hard-sell which immediately puts me off. You gave me a price which was very acceptable and was less than the cost of advertising in magazines. You took the photographs the same day and details noted. A few days later it was up and running. What more could I ask for?

We are delighted to be a member of Eat Out Somerset because it is local, and we like that Dean and Natasha add a personal touch to their service. They respond to emails, they give the opportunity to highlight recipes, our chef, and various events throughout the year. As soon as we joined we were given a fab sticker to put on our door, which instantly gives us "foodie" recognition to our customers. We keep the Eat Out Somerset cards on our bar, and our customers are encouraged to visit the site and leave a review, or trawl through the various members so that they can experience a foodie trail around Somerset.
The web site itself is easy to use, and we can have our menus on the site which makes it easy for our customers to see what style of food we do. It is always difficult to say what type of restaurant we are when we try to use different cooking styles from across the world. We have travelled so much and being Australian, we bring an infusion of interesting ingredients to our menu. Eat Out Somerset was able to put this in words and offer us the opportunity to reach another level of audience.

We have been a member of the eatoutsomerset.com site for nearly two years and would like to say a big thank you to dean and co for the help and constructive advice they have offered.
The site has worked brilliantly well for us from day one and i am still amazed by how many people visit us for a meal having read our reviews on this site.
As advised initially by Dean there are two key factors which will make this site work for you.
1. Good food, well presented that represents good value for money.
2. Taking the time and effort to talk to customers and give them the eatoutsomerset.com cards - we ask new customers to leave a review if they enjoyed their meal and also ask them to visit the site to look for good customer recommended places to eat.
I think that in this current economic climate, people are more discerning where they spend their money and are sourcing sites like this so they can eat out with confidence.
So once again thanks Dean keep up the good work, from a very satisfied customer
