Graham, Cheryl and their manager, Devilliers are the backbone of The Sanctuary ensuring that your every need is catered for. Graham who runs the kitchen, is meticulous that all the produce he uses meets his very demanding standards, thus ensuring your meal is fantastic. Not only is there standard menus, there are also blackboards that change daily. Cherly and Devilliers run the front of house and like Graham, they have superb attention to detail making sure your every need is catered for.
The ambience is warm and seductive which makes The Sanctuary the ideal venue for small gatherings or that romantic table of two. If you have a larger party in mind there is the upstairs dining room that sits 45 people and has its own private roof terrace.
