|
We are proud to welcome you to the Jewel of Congresbury and offer you a relaxing, elegant environment that delivers outstanding food, great drinks and sumptuous accommodation.
Our Menu delivers fresh local produce and is cooked by head chef Aaron Tolmie, who trained in Rick Stein’s restaurant in Padstow and has a wealth of experience in cooking fish perfectly. Our meats are delivered daily from the local butchers, and we are confident that our ribs are the best around! To ensure freshness we don't hold a lot of food so suggest booking early on our busy weekend nights and Sunday Lunch times. Traditional Ales are on tap along with an extensive wine cellar and Full bodied Single Malt Collection, to relax by the winter open fire place.

MENUS
Our menus are available to take home, but they change frequently due to demand and the seasons. For this reason we suggest booking early on our busy weekend nights and Sunday Lunch times. We always endeavour to serve our whole menu all night.
