Alex Thompson, the Head Chef at the Rookery Bistro has taken the helm in the kitchens and is guiding the Rookery Bistro into new and exciting waters. The new Bistro will open on the 30th July 2010 at 7.00pm with a fantastic tasting menu for you all to try.
